Text message program
Program name: Josh's School of Soccer Text Updates.
What you'll get: Josh's School of Soccer sends text messages to parents and guardians who opt in. They cover our soccer programs (such as our Winter Indoor Clinic), registration reminders, schedule updates, and call-back confirmations. These are recurring marketing and informational messages.
How to opt in: Tick the text-message consent box on a signup form on this website, reply with a keyword (such as CALL) to a text from our program number, or give us written consent at one of our programs. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or registration.
How often: Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per month.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Stopping texts: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more texts unless you opt in again. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE and STOPALL also work.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who can sign up: the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number, aged 18 or over. We text parents and guardians, not players.
Privacy Policy (text messaging)
What we collect: when you opt in we collect your name, mobile number, email (if given), your child's first name and age (if given), and the date and method of your consent.
How we use it: only to send the messages described above, to respond to your requests (such as a call-back), and to manage registration for our programs.
Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share information only with the service providers that deliver our texts and emails (EZ Texting and Brevo), solely to provide that service, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it safe: we keep your information only as long as we need it for our programs and our records of consent and opt-out, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards.
Your choices: reply STOP to stop texts, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us to update or delete your information.
Children: we don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Information about players comes from their parent or guardian.
